Time Commitment for Professionals
Pre-conference Prep
It is mandatory for all professionals to attend the live professional onboarding session or watch the recording that will be released afterwards.
Conference Day
We recommend that all networking guests attend all of Biomed-IN for the most fulfilling experience. This means attending from 3:00 - 8:00pm EST and signing in during Sign-in Period 1:
Sign-in Period 1: 3:00 - 3:30 PM EST
However, if you cannot attend the entire event, the minimum participation time for networking guests is from 6:00 - 8:00pm EST during the networking rotations, 1-1 networking and closing remarks. Professionals attending only these sessions may choose to sign in during Sign-in Period 1 or:
Sign-in Period 2: 5:15 - 5:45 PM EST
There will also be a team member monitoring the sign-in area on the platform between 3:30 - 5:15pm EST should you choose to join Biomed-IN midway during the opening remarks, keynote or panel. The sign-in process is essential in ensuring that you are prepared for the event and to avoid technical difficulties/delays.
