​Dr. Khayat is a Future Strategist with SE Health (formerly, Saint Elizabeth Health Care) a health and social impact enterprise with a major focus on creating a better future for aging adults in their homes and communities. Dr. Khayat is the Faculty of Singularity University’ Exponential Medicine stream and is adjunct faculty in the Health Sector Strategy stream at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Dr. Khayat was previously the lead of health system innovation at the MaRS Discovery District, a health innovation hub in Toronto.

​Dr. Mamdani is Vice President of Data Science and Advanced Analytics at Unity Health Toronto. He is also a Professor at the University of Toronto in the Faculty of Medicine, Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, and the Dalla Lana Faculty of Public Health. Dr. Mamdani has published approximately 500 research studies in leading medical journals and was previously named among Canada's Top 40 Under 40.

Dr. Sabatinos is an Associate Professor and the Biomedical Sciences Program Director that specializes in teaching Molecular biology; cell biology; biochemistry; cancer; experimental design. Her research interests consist of ​the role of environmental changes on cell cycle checkpoint; stress-induced mechanisms that modify or interrupt checkpoints; high-resolution, live-cell imaging DNA damage response and repair in fission yeast; the mechanisms of genome stability; how drug-treated cells escape therapy, their biomarkers and stability, and their potential to repopulate once drug treatment is stopped.

Dr. Rotstein is a Professor and Associate Chair of the Department of Surgery at the University of Toronto. In addition to his role as VP, Dr. Rotstein is a practicing General Surgeon and is an acknowledged expert in the management of intra-abdominal infection and inflammation. Dr. Rotstein has a major interest in understanding how traumatic injury leads to alterations in the immune response of patients. He uses his clinical insights into the mechanisms of disease to generate novel therapeutic approaches to preventing poor outcomes in these patients.

​​Dr. Armstrong has a background in examining how judgments and decision processes can lead to decision error from a cognitive neuroscience perspective. She has used a variety of neuroscience techniques to study the cognitive processes that underlie behaviour, and her postdoctoral work involves studying the neural activity of the surgeon that underpins error during real surgeries using mobile EEG equipment.

​Dr. Sussman is a biomedical engineer and scientist who specializes in developing using non-invasive 3-dimensional imaging of the human fetus using MRI. Her lab develops new MR sequences to image fetal anatomy and physiology, physical phantoms (models) for accelerating sequence development, and AI algorithms for accurately and automatically segmenting and classifying images and diseases.

Eunyoung Cho's on-going research includes automatic image segmentation, imaging fetal glucose metabolism, amniotic fluid MR Spectroscopy, and fetal phantom synthesis. Her Master's work relates to creating an anthropomorphic fetal phantom of the gross body and the brain, which simulate the imaging properties of the corresponding tissues.
